Skolo

Old Seløy school has been given new life and reopened in the summer of 2020. The old school from 1954 has been completely renovated  as accommodation, shop (with bookshop), café and pizzeria! The building is open all year round and we invite vacationers, management groups and creators of all kinds to rest, live and create here by the sea. We also develop our own Skolo products with selected artists.

Accommodation
The desks in the old school have now been cleared away and Skolo has got three very special apartments: the Classrooms, the Kvisten Loft Studio and the Teacher's Room. On the first floor, the gymnasium has become a cafe and shop. 

Common to all the units is great attention to detail and quality-conscious choices related to design and products. Bed linen, towels and soaps for our guests are chosen with care and sustainability in mind, for example Fitjar Islands' small soap factory in Stord og Høie bedding. Advance booking of tables Pizzaria
We serve Remi's pizza every Wednesday at 16 to 20.00 and the pizza nights are popular. Therefore, you must book a table in advance to be sure of getting a seat. This is done by sending an e-mail to booking@skolo.no. This also applies to takeaway.  Every Saturday there is a cafe with baked goods and a coffee bar, without pizza. A reservation is then not necessary. Note: In the summer season, separate opening times and arrangements apply.
