Kystriksveien Reiseliv has been producing tailor-made trips for over 20 years. When you book a trip through us, you can be sure that we have the best knowledge about this part of the Norwegian coast.

During the summer of 2022, we introduced pre-organized cycling tours for the first time. Since then, 700 people have joined us on bike tours!

The tours run from Monday to Saturday, commencing and concluding in Brønnøysund. Throughout the week, we'll be visiting the UNESCO-listed Vega island, the two beautiful islands of Herøy and Dønna, Sandnessjøen, and Vevelstad. The tour is designed with relatively short cycling stages and plenty of content.

This is included

The package includes 5 nights of accommodation, bike rental, boat transportation along the route, and 3 dinners (one 5-course dinner and two 2-course dinners). Each day, you will prepare your own lunch packages, with one lunch provided. A 2-hour boat safari trip is also included. Additionally, our tour guide handles the transport of your luggage from place to place and are available to assist with any issues that may arise.

You ride quality bikes, and can choose between regular hybrid bikes or electric bikes. Helmet, pannier and repair tools are also included.

Base (price per person in a double room, and hybrid bike rental) NOK 16 500.

Single room addition NOK 3 500.

Electric bike NOK 1 900.

Room with private bathroom at Havkanten Gjestehus NOK 450 per room (limited number).

Room with private bathroom at Vevelstad NOK 400 per room (limited number).

Night 1: Thon Hotell Brønnøysund

Night 2: Vega Havhotell

Night 3: Havkanten Gjestehus *

Night 4: Scandic Syv Søstre in Sandnessjøen

Night 5: Handelsstedet Forvik or Vevelstad Gjestegård. * The group is divided between these two places, which are one km apart.

*All accommodations, except for the third and last night, have rooms with private bathrooms. Both Havkanten Gjestehus and Vevelstad Gjestegård have a limited number of rooms with private bathrooms (Forvik has none). These rooms can be booked as an option, and it is first come, first served.

Extra nights

We can reserve a room at Thon Hotell Brønnøysund the night before the trip starts. It is of course also possible to book a room here the night after the tour has ended. There is also an option to have dinner and stay at Hildur's Urterarium after the tour has ended. These options can be made in the order.

Please note: On the trip that starts on 14 July, we cannot reserve accommodation after the end of the trip.
