Registration for 2-Day Boat Tour along the Helgeland Coast

Payment will be made via invoice, which we will send after we have confirmed your registration.

Payment is made via invoice. For bookings made more than 60 days before departure, a deposit of NOK 2000 per person will be invoiced. For bookings made less than 60 days before the departure date, the full amount will be invoiced.

The booking is binding once the deposit has been paid. Failing to pay the deposit does not count as a cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing or verbally to us.

Cancellation
Cancellation more than 30 days before the departure date will result in a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure will result in no refund.

Cancellation due to illness or other events
We recommend that all travelers have travel insurance/cancellation insurance in case of illness or other unforeseen events that prevent you from completing the trip.

Travel Insurance and Responsibility
The traveler is responsible for taking the necessary precautions before and during the trip, including ensuring that adequate travel insurance is in place.

Acceptance
By paying the deposit or final amount, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions in this document as part of the agreement between Kystriksveien Reiseliv and the customer.

Privacy
We request personal information at the time of booking. This information is necessary to ensure that we can process and confirm the booking. This information will not be used for any other purposes and will not be shared with outside parties, except for necessary details provided to parties involved in your booking (such as hotels, etc.).
Personal information will not be sold or shared.
