Register by filling out the form. One person will be listed as the contact person and responsible for the booking when multiple people sign up. We need the names of all travelers. Please also indicate if there are any allergies so we can communicate them to accommodation and dining establishments. Payment will be made through an invoice sent out.

Payment is made by invoice. For bookings made more than 60 days before departure, a deposit of NOK 2000 per person will be invoiced. For bookings made less than 60 days before the departure date, the full amount will be invoiced.

The booking is binding once the deposit has been paid. Failure to pay the deposit is not considered a cancellation. Cancellations must be made to us in writing or verbally.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will be fully refunded, minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.

Cancellations due to illness or other events
We recommend all travelers have travel insurance/cancellation insurance in case of illness or other unforeseen events that prevent you from completing the trip.

Travel insurance and responsibility
Travelers must take necessary precautions before and during the trip, including ensuring they have adequate travel insurance.

Acceptance
By paying the deposit/final amount, the customer has accepted the general terms in this document as part of the agreement between Kystriksveien Reiseliv and the customer.

Privacy Policy
We request personal information during booking. This information is necessary to ensure we can complete and confirm your booking. The information will not be used for other purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except for necessary information provided to parties involved in your booking (e.g., hotels).
The personal information will not be sold or shared.
